The DeWalt DCW230N-XJ is a new-generation 18V XR Brushless 150mm Random Orbital Sander designed for fast material removal, excellent surface preparation and professional finishing applications. Combining a large 150mm sanding pad with an aggressive 5mm orbit, the DCW230 delivers efficient sanding performance across larger surface areas while maintaining excellent control.

Powered by DeWalt's high-efficiency 18V XR brushless motor, the DCW230 offers variable speed control from 8,000 to 12,000 OPM, allowing the performance to be matched to the material and application. The zinc alloy body has been designed to improve balance and handling, helping the sander remain flat and controlled across the workpiece.

An advanced fan and counterbalance system helps minimise vibration transferred to the user, reducing fatigue during prolonged sanding applications. The 150mm hook-and-loop base allows fast abrasive changes, while integrated dust extraction and the supplied fabric dust bag help maintain a cleaner working environment.

Wireless Tool Control (WTC) also allows the sander to wirelessly activate compatible DeWalt dust extractors, providing a convenient dust extraction solution without additional cables.
