Once we receive your email, our team will confirm receipt and advise you on the next steps to complete your return.

Any damage to deliveries or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds to card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, typically take 3–5 working days to process.

Refunds to PayPal accounts usually take 5–10 working days.

Please note: Products shipped directly from the supplier may be subject to a restocking fee if returned.
