The DEWALT DCH172N 18V XR Brushless Compact SDS Plus Hammer Drill is designed for fast anchor drilling and fixing work in concrete and masonry where a lightweight tool makes all the difference. Powered by a high-efficiency brushless motor, the drill delivers 1.4 joules of impact energy with up to 4980 blows per minute and a no load speed of 1060rpm. Two operating modes allow switching between rotary hammer and rotary drilling depending on the task. The low vibration design helps reduce fatigue during longer periods of use, while the integrated LED work light improves visibility in darker working areas. A tether point adds additional safety when working at height.
