The REISSER Cutter 4.0mm x 80mm screws are designed for medium depth timber fixing where speed and control are important. Ideal for battening, studwork, sheet materials, framing and general timber construction, they provide a strong hold without splitting smaller sections.

The Cutter thread reduces driving resistance, allowing faster insertion with less strain on tools while maintaining solid pull out strength. This makes them especially useful for repetitive work and when driving longer screws into timber. The sharp self drilling tip starts quickly, removing the need for pilot holes in most softwoods.
The double countersunk head helps reduce splitting and ensures a clean flush finish, particularly when working near edges or fixing sheet materials. Suitable for softwoods such as CLS and C16, as well as MDF, plywood and OSB.
Manufactured from hardened carbon steel with a yellow passivated zinc finish, they offer durability and corrosion resistance for everyday site use. Supplied in a sturdy tub with PZ2 torsion bits stored in the lid, they are ready to go straight onto the job.
