The REISSER Cutter 5.0mm x 120mm screws are built for deeper timber fixings where strong pull and controlled driving are key. Ideal for structural timber, joists, framing, carcassing and fencing, they are designed to pull materials tight without splitting or excessive resistance.
The Cutter thread design reduces drive torque, meaning less strain on your drill and faster insertion, especially when driving at length. This makes a noticeable difference when working with larger timbers or repetitive fixings. The sharp self drilling point bites quickly into timber, helping eliminate the need for pilot holes in most applications.
The double countersunk head improves strength at the head while reducing the risk of splitting, giving a cleaner and more secure finish. Suitable for use in softwoods such as CLS and C24, as well as hardwoods and sheet materials like OSB and plywood. They can also be used with plugs for masonry fixing where required.
