The FISKARS IsoCore Pick is designed for breaking up rocky ground, compacted soil and tough terrain. With a pick end for breaking hard surfaces and a mattock end for digging and trenching, this tool is ideal for landscaping, groundwork and heavy duty garden tasks.
The forged and heat treated steel head provides excellent durability and strength, while a rust resistant coating helps protect the tool during outdoor use. The inseparable riveted head design ensures the head remains securely fixed to the handle even when striking with maximum force.
FISKARS patented IsoCore Shock Control System helps reduce the shock and vibration transferred to the user by up to 50 percent compared to traditional wooden handles. This improves comfort and reduces fatigue when working on demanding tasks.
The handle features SoftGrip with a sculpted ergonomic profile designed to fit naturally in the hand. A strategic grip pattern includes larger dimples where the fingers rest for improved control and smaller dimples where the palm rests to help reduce the risk of blisters during extended use.
