Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all gift cards issued by Wow Tools Ltd (“Wow Tools”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing, using, or redeeming a WowTools Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions
1.1 Gift Card – a physical or digital voucher issued by WowTools Ltd for the purchase of Goods.
1.2 Goods – products available for sale online or in-store from WowTools.co.uk
1.3 Website – www.wowtools.co.uk.
1.4 Purchaser – the person who buys the Gift Card.
1.5 Holder – the person who redeems the Gift Card.
1.6 Balance – the remaining monetary value on the Gift Card.
1.7 Expiry Date – one year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
1.8 We/Us/Our – Wow Tools Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16196856), Address: Wow Tools, Unit 1, Learoyd Road, Mountfield Industrial Estate, New Romney, Kent, TN28 8XU. Registered Office: Henwood House, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom, TN24 8DH.

2. Purchase & Eligibility
2.1 Gift Cards may be purchased online or in-store by individuals aged 18 or over, resident in the UK.
2.2 Gift Cards may be purchased for personal use or given as gifts.
2.3 Multiple Gift Cards may be redeemed in the same transaction, up to the value of the Goods being purchased.
2.4 Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or exchanged for cash.
2.5 Gift cards will be emailed to the email address used at checkout, please check any junk/spam folders. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address.
2.6 The purchase of the Gift Card is exempt from any promotional code or other discount.

3. Redemption
3.1 Gift Cards may be redeemed:
Online: enter the code in the “Vouchers” section on the payment page. Do not use the “Promo Code” box.
In-store: the physical Gift Card must be presented at the point of purchase.

3.2 If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card Balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
3.3 If the purchase is less than the Balance, the remaining value will remain on the Gift Card until expiry.
3.4 Gift Cards remain the property of Wow Tools Ltd until fully redeemed or expired.

4. Validity & Expiry
4.1 Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
4.2 At expiry, the Gift Card will become invalid and any remaining value will be lost.

5. Refunds & Returns
5.1 Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given in cash; any remaining Balance will remain on the Gift Card.
5.2 Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by your legal rights.
5.3 If you return Goods purchased using a Gift Card, the refund will be issued as a replacement Gift Card for the amount paid.

6. Loss, Theft & Misuse
6.1 WowTools Ltd cannot be held liable for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged after issuance.
6.2 We reserve the right to refuse redemption of a Gift Card if it is suspected to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or obtained fraudulently.
6.3 We are not responsible for unauthorised use of any Gift Card.
6.4 Gift Cards must not be altered, tampered with, or reproduced. Any such activity will void the Gift Card.

7. General Conditions
7.1 WowTools Ltd may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
7.2 We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including cancellation of the Gift Card, if circumstances require it (e.g., events beyond our control, suspected fraud, or misuse).
7.3 Gift Cards may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without our prior written consent.
7.4 These Terms govern your use of the Gift Card in addition to our standard Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (both of which apply) and to the extent of any conflict these Terms shall prevail in respect of Gift Cards.

8. Law & Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
